I can’t wait for MBPQ!! When is the expected release date? Will it be free?

    Thanks!

  2. Takadoo Says:

This game possibly will be released this year. As for the price, I’m very sure it will be free, because the MBP team doesn’t have the rights for it

Looks like PQ has a competitor!

  4. Joseph Says:

You’re right! I’ve heard about it before. Good reference!

  5. Skye Says:

Wow. I thought M.A. died a looooong time ago!

  6. Joseph Says:

Now you know Marble Arena isn’t dead.
Marble Arena came out before Marble Blast Platinum.

  7. Ben Says:

Water. Though I don’t like swimming, but I love this idea. Who create this idea?

Will you release a version in Chinese? MBP and MBPQ is popular here. If it’s possible, I can help it.

  8. Admin (Phil) Says:

Try sending Matan or Seizure22 in the Support forums (http://marbleblast.com) a private message, maybe they can work something out. I’m no longer involved in any MBP/PQ work now, so they would be best to ask.

  9. Joe Says:

And what makes you think MBP is popular in China? (Correct me if I am wrong).

I had the same request, but this time in French, Spanish, German and Portuguese. I like the idea of the Chinese version, but they’ll have to use fonts that support Chinese text.

  10. Ben Says:

@Joe: I’m not sure why you think so. But there is a discussing group is re-modeling it.

And of course I have a lot of Chinese fonts. There is no worry about it.

  11. IsraeliRD Says:

I didn’t know MBP/Q are popular in China whatsoever. I’d love to see a link to the discussion group and check out what you guys have.

Water came from Seizure22′s idea (he thought up a lot of things ;) ).

Regarding translations… it’s possible, but will require quite a lot of work and would either be a last-minute thing or as a patch. Including in the demo would also be possible but again that’s a lot of work.
Likewise I’m not sure all words we’ll be using will be available in those languages, not to mention that if we don’t get native-speakers we’ll be using google translate which would be very odd :p
Fonts: actually very possible. As long as the computer you install it on has support for these fonts you should have no problems whatsoever viewing these.
At the end of the day I’m still unsure if we’ll have translations. Possible, but we’ll see how we go. No promises on that one.
